POV, An Elegant Escapade
The butler service was perfect. Our room was spacious with a fantastic city view. Dining at Louix Louis was notably good, with fresh and comfortable dishes that elevated our experience. The hotel's elegant ambiance and attentive staff, perfect for a couple's getaway.

The beautiful suite's lake view was fine, and the sabrage ceremony at six was such a cool experience. Plus, the cultural touches. My favorite part was the thoughtful surprise of teddies for the kids!

From the moment we arrived we were treated with exemplary courtesy and friendliness. The room was wonderful and well appointed. The Manager had left a personal note along with chocolate covered strawberries knowing that we were celebrating our anniversary. I had made a reservation through the concierge in Suits the lobby bar but there seemed to be no record upon our arrival. The bar staff were very apologetic and accomodating and we received complementary drinks. In the end we were more than happy to sit at the bar!

Exceptional service provided. Glamorous and huge room, amiable staff, private parking. Delicious breakfast with lots of decent food. Great location very close to a much - maligned city hall.

An Unexpected Delight Awaits
The suite had amazing views of the lake and pristine decor.
Our first night was marred by a housekeeping mix-up that disrupted our much-needed rest after a long journey. It left us feeling a bit unsettled.

The staff were customer-focused and very responsive during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was quick. The location was good and incredible and the private parking was on-site. It was right next to Ninki, where you can have dinner...

unbelievable service they called you by name upon seconds of your arrival.
couple things - upon opening the closet door in the hall between entrance and bedroom there was no room for someone else to walk around. And the bathroom, no real place to put out your personal items
